Public bug reported:

In gnome-system-monitor, in 'Resources' tab, there's a field showing the
current network Tx rate. The field name is 'Sent'. Should be named
'Transmitting' to be more consistent with 'Receiving' field, or at least
'Sending' (indicative verb).
