Public bug reported:

CSS files that start with a comment produce an error dialog in Nautilus:

The filename "common.css" indicates that this file is of type "CSS
stylesheet". The contents of the file indicate that the file is of type
"C source code". If you open this file, the file might present a
security risk to your system.

This is actually quite a common thing to do with stylesheets. The files
I am having this problem with come from a standard Drupal installation,
for example.
