Thanks Pawel. Unfortunately 8.04 has been out of support for some time now. You may consider upgrading to 10.04, it is not so different from 8.04 and it has a lot of upgrades, but it will also go out of support by April 2013. If you want to stick with 8.04 then I'm afraid you'll have to live with the bug.
