[Safely Remove] function = eject + REMOVE POWER.

It's the Remove Power function that is vitally important.  Disconnecting
ANY electronic device with power applied is dangerous.

As noted in the Launchpad reference Windoz and other Linux Distros
(example SUSE & Mint) have this feature.  So it should NOT have been
removed from Ubuntu 12.10, there is NO logical reason why it was
removed.
