Public bug reported:

Probably it's a problem of the File Manager because any "ÇÃ" from
Windows don't apper correct.

I use Windows XP Professional and Winrar. In my work I compacted some data and
send to myself/backuped in gmail. The name of file was "CURSO DE MEMORIZAÇÃO",
but where the "ÇÃ" should be, apper some squares with strange caracteres (like
if I try to view a document in any language wich I don't have the correct
character sprites in firefox).
If I open the archive, select "CURSO DE MEMORIZA??O.DOC" and click to 'Extract
Selected Items' (using WinXP don't remenber the correct words) apper an error
message saing a file with that name don't exist. Using the "Extract All "
extract perfect.
When using the Open Office 2.0 to open the CURSO DE MEMORIZA??O.DOC or clicking
in the file in the File Browser Open Office says that archive with that name
doesn't exist.
Renaming the CURSO DE MEMORIZA??O.DOC to CURSO DE MEMORIZACAO.DOC all
funcionalit perfecty.

Sorry my bad English, but I gonna visit this post everyday if you need
any information more or any misunderstud information.
