I have a slight issue with this design...it's encouraging people who are on the console to force a power off if they don't care/don't have the credentials of the other active sessions. Shouldn't we give the possibility of still obtaining a policykit dialog to force shutdown? Possibly something like a "Shutdown anyway" button?
