If anyone comes across this at some point, I think I've found a fix. Directly reinstalling didn't work, so I did
sudo rm -rf /usr/local/lib/libpeas* sudo apt-get install --reinstall libpeas-dev Seems to have solved the problem, but I have no idea what caused this.
