No problem! Well actually teh only option i have on the dialog in Gnome 3.6 (on the bottom dash) is to decline the person. They keep attempting to access my account. In the previous version of Empathy there seemed to be a way to ignore spammers from contacting you (weird usernames with numbers adn junk). With the new version it seems to have gone away :(
