The UI design of "gnome-control-center screen" is very confuseing

* "Dim screen to save power" changed idle-dim-battery (GSD_POWER_IDLE_MODE_DIM)
* "Turn screen off when inactive" changed sleep-display-ac and
sleep-display-battery. (GSD_POWER_IDLE_MODE_BLANK)

Both are not interrelated after all.....

In "gnome-control-center screen", it should change idle-dim-time, and
text should be "Dim screen when inactive", which make more sense.
