Public bug reported:

Laptops often have a hotkey that enables/disables radios, and some have
a physical switch to enable/disable radios. When the state of a radio
changes, there should be an OSD that confirms the state change and
describes the current state of the radios (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GSM, etc)

** Affects: gnome-settings-daemon (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
