Public bug reported: Laptops often have a hotkey that enables/disables radios, and some have a physical switch to enable/disable radios. When the state of a radio changes, there should be an OSD that confirms the state change and describes the current state of the radios (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GSM, etc)
