Public bug reported: When I try to play VCD in VLC media player will show input/output error. And when I try to copy the files from the VCD, it shows Error splicing file: Input/output error. I can play the same disk on another OS and DVD player without any problem. I tried many VCDs, but the result is the same. I can copy and play DVDs. The problem is only with VCDs.
