Ok, the work around is only of limited value, as I also experience other keyboard and mouse click input failures similar to this bug:
https://mail.gnome.org/archives/evolution-list/2012-June/msg00000.html The whole thing might be related to this bug with the color picker, which I can reproduce on my system, too: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=676218 Has the patch to gtkhtml mentioned in that thread been integrated in ubuntu already somewhere? Anyone experience with the bug and the fix? When I find the tine, I could try the patch, but if someone has already done that, I would be glad, if I could save the time. ** Bug watch added: GNOME Bug Tracker #676218 https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=676218 -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to evolution in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1007133 Title: Evolution locks up under KDE in Kubuntu 12.04 when setting an alarm on an appointment To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/evolution/+bug/1007133/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
