I have verified the track is not corrupted as it plays fine using /usr/bin/play and verified it using: flac -t 3_-_Misty.flac flac 1.2.1, Copyright (C) 2000,2001,2002,2003,2004,2005,2006,2007 Josh Coalson flac comes with ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY. Type `flac' for details. 3_-_Misty.flac: ok The same happens on a different machine running the same version of Ubuntu and rhythmbox with just this file in a new music database. I have attached the output from rhythmbox --debug, selecting the track and skipping to just before the problem, then exiting rhythmbox. If I skip past the position of the problem the track plays to completion.
