Public bug reported:

i open power statistics, then i close it. And when i try to reopen it,
the window opens but it is empty, there just the title, three windows
buttons and a white screen as a content.

To re-produce:

* Open power statistics
* Close it
* Open it again
It is normally diplaying a window not containing anything.
