I can reproduce here also: - Youtube fullscreen always has both top and bottom bars. - Totem DVD fullscreen will initially have bars, but after 5-10 minutes the bars will appear over the fullscreenness. Turning off/on fullscreen hides them again for another 5-10 minutes (repeat until end of film).
