This is related to many other bugs. I can, again, push a fix that will set the input box to a scaled region, but as of now, it appears that it is impossible to accomplish in the bounding <rect> container.
Theoretically, it should scale to the target dimensions of the user's monitor, so it seems logical. If we can agree that the "Username:" (subject to bug 13748 label "Max_Size" changes that should be applied) and the input box will _always_ be displayed, we can pull the stanza _outside_ of the need for <box>. In layman's terms, this means that the box would not be dynamic in terms of new items (locate them below possibly), but would permit us to lock into a %scale of the window, and thus %scale the input box.
