Public bug reported: Whenever I scroll the mouse wheel in the playlist on the right-hand side of totem's interface, totem seeks in the video or audio file being played. This happens in both paused and playing state.
totem seeks in the file regardless of what is being shown in the sidebar. It's fine if totem seeks in the file if I scroll on top of the Properties sidebar, but if I scroll in the playlist e.g. to find a particular song, it shouldn't fast-forward or rewind the current song, as an example.
