Same problem: Launcher and panel visible on the lock screen. The problem was present without suspending or hibernating the computer although the screen did turn off after a few minutes of inactivity before I noticed the problem (the music kept playing so I'm sure suspend/hibernate was not responsible). Maybe a screensaver problem?
