fresh install of ubuntu 12.04 beta, dist-upgrade to latest version

if i go to settings brightness/locking i uncheck 'ask for password on
reactivation' im still asked for my pass

i saw in dconf-editor that 'org.gnome.desktop.screensaver lock-enabled'
is still set to true.

if i manually change this, all is ok.

i thought this option is only for hibernation (this one is lock false in
dconf-editor) but in #ubuntu+1 channel i was told screensaver should
stop asking too.

it doesn't, so i filed this bug.
