It happened to me testing while carrying out a live usb persistent key test on iso http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/20120419.1 /precise-desktop-amd64.iso, after rebooting to verify the history of firefox was kept (as it says in the test case) I found the two icons overlapped.
