Thank you for your bug report, you need to install activity-log-manager-
control-center, not sure why the upgrade didn't pull it for you but it
can happen during the uninstall cycle that new recommends are not
available yet, it should not able for stable to stable upgrades, in any
case not a gnome-control-center issue
