I should had definitely report this bug to Gnome's team. Anyway, you have just solved my problem, by pointing out, that in non-browser mode nautilus opens each directory in new window. I didn't notice that. Now I can turn off all that additional panels (like tree view) and have almost the same experience as in old gnome. Thank you.
