Public bug reported: totem/gstreamer in precise fails to play a video file which VLC in precise plays fine, and I believe I've played the same file in totem/gstreamer in older Ubuntu releases fine too.
The symptoms of the failure are the totem properties declaring the video size to be 0x0 and neither audio nor video appearing.
