Unity behaviour is definitely broken. 1. With multiple windows of a program open, clicking on the program icon only shows two windows in the overview mode. The icon in the launcher however DOES indicate 3 or more windows open. (3 white dots)
2. Selecting the non active window (the one which is in the background) does not bring it forth and it remains hidden under other windows. 3. Sometimes, clicking on icon with an open window does not bring up the window at all. I've completely lost thunderbird like this.
