It happens only with some documents.  Did not happen prior to 11.10.
Attached screenshot shows same PDF document as displayed by Document
Viewer (evince) on the left, and as displayed by Adobe Reader on the
right.

Here's an example: 
http://www.siv.gov.do/docs/Prospectos/SIVEM-065-PC0112-I-II-III.pdf 
Evince displays only the odd pages of this document correctly;  Adobe Reader 
displays all pages correctly.
