Public bug reported: gimp 2.6.11-2ubuntu4, Ubuntu 11.10
1. Launch Gimp. 2. From the "View" menu, uncheck "Show Menubar". What happens: Nothing. What should happen: When the global menu bar is in use, the "View" > "Show Menubar" item should not be present, because it can't do anything useful. (Bug 787465 is the equivalent in gnome-terminal, and bug 912679 is the equivalent in XChat.) ** Affects: gimp (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gimp in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/915283 Title: "Show Menubar" item does nothing with global menu bar To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gimp/+bug/915283/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
