Public bug reported:
hello, just try: 1) position the mouse pointer on the small black triangle on the left side of the folder icon, click in order to develop the subdirectory (do not move the xy position) - then you get the sub...levels 2) you have not moved the position at all (absolutely same xy pos) - click again then you do not come back to the higher level directory (?!) rem. if you move the pointer between 1) and 2) it works ... (it toggle switches) - cheers, richard ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 11.10 Package: nautilus 1:3.2.1-0ubuntu3.1 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 3.0.0-14.23-generic 3.0.9 Uname: Linux 3.0.0-14-generic x86_64 NonfreeKernelModules: nvidia ApportVersion: 1.23-0ubuntu4 Architecture: amd64 Date: Mon Dec 19 10:33:12 2011 ExecutablePath: /usr/bin/nautilus InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 11.10 "Oneiric Ocelot" - Release amd64 (20111012) ProcEnviron: PATH=(custom, no user) LANG=en_US.UTF-8 SHELL=/bin/bash SourcePackage: nautilus UpgradeStatus: No upgrade log present (probably fresh install) ** Affects: nautilus (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: amd64 apport-bug apport-lpi oneiric running-unity -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to nautilus in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/906223 Title: folder icon pointing - bad toggle function To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nautilus/+bug/906223/+subscriptions -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
