Public bug reported:

Wishlist: I'd like to be able to set a color profile system-wide from
the 'Color' page in g-c-c, because:

a. This seems to be a more common task than having different profiles for
different users, and
b. On systems where all users use the same color profile, this would get rid of
that unpleasant visual transition when logging in (unity-greeter shows the
"uncalibrated" background, then switches to the color profile).
