Public bug reported: Ubuntu 11.10 Nautilus package: 1:3.2.1-0ubuntu2
Incremental search (when you start typing 'blindly' while in nautilus and the files/folders are selected that match the pattern) does not reset itself after switching directory. For example if I type "Do" (-> Downloads is selected), hit enter (changed directory to Downloads), then continue typing "To" (to enter Torrents) the incremental search tooltip on the bottom right contains "DoTo" instead of "To". EDIT: Found this report on the gnome bugzilla describing the same: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=663436 ** Affects: nautilus (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Description changed: + Ubuntu 11.10 + Nautilus package: 1:3.2.1-0ubuntu2 + Incremental search (when you start typing 'blindly' while in nautilus and the files/folders are selected that match the pattern) does not reset itself after switching directory.
