You can download a bit fresher build from http://sisyphus.ru/ru/srpm/libnatspec manually and convert it from RPM to DEB with alien. Note: If you choose to do so, please ignore the "broken package" warning and do not forget that starting with Ubuntu 11.10 the library path is not /lib64 but /lib. libnatspec installs into /lib64, thus you will have to move it to /lib manually. That's why I've decided not to post an attachment.
