I have the same problem in a 64 bits Ubuntu 11.04. The problem seems
related to Dropbox.

When Nautilus crashes, opening it from a terminal (with Dropbox opened)
yields:

emrys@emryslaptop:~$ nautilus
** (nautilus:15647): DEBUG: SyncDaemon already running, initializing
SyncdaemonDaemon object
Initializing nautilus-gdu extension
Initializing nautilus-open-terminal extension

(nautilus:15647): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_action_set_visible: assertion
`GTK_IS_ACTION (action)' failed

(nautilus:15647): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_action_set_visible: assertion
`GTK_IS_ACTION (action)' failed
Segmentation fault

If I close Dropbox and try again, Nautilus opens without problems, just a bunch
of messages ("(nautilus:16882): GConf-CRITICAL **: gconf_client_get: assertion
`GCONF_IS_CLIENT (client)' failed") in the terminal, but no crash.
