Public bug reported: Even restarting the disk-utility was no solution. Normally the usb-stick works fine. The generic-multi-card is an SDHC-memory with the Ubuntu-system used to start-up, alternatively to a WindowsXP that is also installed on my netbook. 1) Ubuntu 11.04 (natty), Kernel Linux 2.6.38-11-generic, Gnome 2.32.1; 2) disk-utility 2.32.1; 3) expected: mounting of dev/sdc1; 4) error message.
