Public bug reported:

1) double spaced message listings rows & 2) unresponsive folder view settings 
in Evolution
message listing rows in all folders appear "double spaced" possible due to 
theme scheme

2) view settings for folders are forced into the exact same settings as
other folders. For instance when any folder view is selected for any
mail folder, that same view is forced upon all other mail folders.  So
folders do not retain their individual selected view settings.
