Public bug reported: When eog is open in full screen mode, and the image viewed is modified by another program, a notification is displayed prompting with "Reload" and "Hide" buttons. However, pointing to the "Reload" button results in a toolbar appearing partially over the prompt and hiding the button. See attached screenshot for details.
