I also tried to print it in a Debian (mainly Etch, but has a mixture of several branches: libgnomeprint* 2.17.0-1, evince 0.4.0-2+b2 and cupsys 1.2.5-1), with the Ubuntu Edgy as a remote printer, and the same is happening (one page per sheet).
