Public bug reported: When attempting to drag icons from/to the Toolbar editor in Evince, the icon gets stuck to the cursor and I cannot drop it. I couldn't find a way to peacefully cancel this action or quit evince from within the desktop environment. My solution is to switch to a tty (e.g. by pressing C-M-F1) and killing evinced. Dragging in other applications seems to work fine so this looks like an evince-specific problem.
