Yes I still do not see the topic for some rooms. #launchpad-dev reliably does not show one that I can see in xchat.
Connect to irc.freenode.net (setup an account if necessary) Using the main menu: Rooms > Join > Choose freenode > enter #launchpad-dev Verify the topic is visible and can be expanded.
