The screen brightness can no longer be adjusted using the Fn+arrow keys.
This feature is gone for:
gnome-power-manager (3.1.3-0ubuntu1/0ubuntu2)
Workaround is to downgrade to:
gnome-power-manager (3.1.2-0ubuntu1)
Furthermore, the brightness cannot be adjusted in the gnome control center
