Is there any upstream bug report for this one? I could not find any. My wife is keeps bugging me that she encounters that bug all the time, but I can't seem to be able to reproduce in a reliable way. Does this bug occur every time for you guys? Are there special circumstances where it seems to be more likely to happen? Any ideas?
