It is not the same bug, the one I reported was for the Mouse and
Touchpad settings, bug #805483 is for the Keyboard settings.
The bug report I submitted was also not broken in the same way, bug
#805483 was missing the cursor, but the bug I submitted had the slider
cursor. The problem was that when the cursor was moved, the settings
were not changed.
