Public bug reported:

This sometimes happens...

What not responds to input:
Menus, tabs, columns, buttons.

Only interaction I can make is selecting processes with the mouse and
scrolling using the elevators (doesn't respond to mouse wheelie.

It doesn't quit when I Ctrl+Q, nor when I press the window decorator x
button.

Thanks,
Shahar
