Binary package hint: gnome-disk-utility

I am only a Windows user .... And this is all bacards ... I should be able to 
use auto run on demand and i cant.
I have Ubuntu as my whole HHD ... I cant partition ... I cant install windows 
as a second partition i cant do shit 

Installed VLC player and is lost in never never land cant find it lol
