A bit more on the problem. I was actually discussing a more common problem - the desire on Evolution's part to save mgs in the mdoc format, while the computer is unable to read such files. The other issue of the inbox file disappearing still happens from time to time. When it does, I just switch to Thunderbird, since there seems to be no escape when that happens. . .
