Clean install of natty x64 here. I do not use evolution. However, at each logon, the ~/.local/share/evolution folder and /addressbook, /calendar sub-directories are created if they do not exist. I must have deleted it at some point when cleaning up my home directory and had lost all the info in "about me". I never had this issue on previous releases.
After recreating the directory and files, then filling out the info in "about me", the information appears to be retained through various sessions. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gnome-control-center in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/773063 Title: [Natty] gnome-about-me box doesn't remember contents -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
