I believe it disables the bug report, so that it is no longer considered relevant. The bug was reported during my testing of Natty alphas or betas. For me the bug got solved along the way and is no longer a problem I encounter. I you experience the bug, I think that it would be best to find a more active bug report or make a new one as this bug report seems to have been ignored.
