Public bug reported: Binary package hint: nautilus
There's only the possibility to select a program entry from the list. No options or buttons are usable. The dialog can neither be accepted nor cancelled. Nautilus can't be handled correctly anymore reproduce: - select a file not corresponded to an application (e.g. *.conf) - double click - select the corresponding program - try to click on "OK", "Cancel" or an option, it won't be possible - minimize the window and try to get a context menu of one file, won't also be possible ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 11.04 Package: nautilus 1:2.32.2.1-0ubuntu13 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 2.6.38-8.42-generic 2.6.38.2 Uname: Linux 2.6.38-8-generic i686 Architecture: i386 Date: Sun May 8 10:44:21 2011 ExecutablePath: /usr/bin/nautilus ProcEnviron: LANGUAGE=de_DE:en LANG=de_DE.UTF-8 SHELL=/bin/bash SourcePackage: nautilus UpgradeStatus: Upgraded to natty on 2011-04-29 (9 days ago) XsessionErrors: (jupiter:1679): Gdk-CRITICAL **: IA__gdk_window_thaw_toplevel_updates_libgtk_only: assertion `private->update_and_descendants_freeze_count > 0' failed ** Affects: nautilus (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: apport-bug i386 natty running-unity -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to nautilus in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/779384 Title: stuck in "Open with" dialog -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
