Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: totem

When streaming internet radio, if internet connection is dropped and
then restored, or when switching to other wifi access point, the stream
isn't reconnected. The pause button does nothing. If they want to
mantain the awkward philosophy of not having a stop button, at least
there should be a better reconnection logic.

The only way to reconnect the stream is opening it again, or selecting
other item from the playlist.
