Some more on this: it happens only on desktop. Laptop do not suffer from this.
Also this happens only while logged as anonymous. After the crash, until I don't kill hanged process connecting again and uploading the file nautilus act as normal. After killing and repeating it crashes again. No errors server side, files seem to upload correctly.
