gcalctool 5.32.0 on Maverick
Steps to reproduce:
1) Enable Show thousands separator in Preferences
2) Open Calculator in Programming Mode
3) Enter ~0 and press Enter -> 
1,111,111,111,111,111,111,111,111,111,111,111,111,111,111,111,111,111,111,111,111,111
 is displayed
4) Switch to decimal from the base selection combo -> 18446744073709551615, 
does not have thousand separators
5) Switch back to Binary -> 
1111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111 is displayed

Expected result :
4) 18,446,744,073,709,551,615 should be displayed
5) 
1,111,111,111,111,111,111,111,111,111,111,111,111,111,111,111,111,111,111,111,111,111
 should be displayed
