Forgive me something but - come on - this bug exists since 2009. It should be solved by now, in my humble opinion... but it's not! I can still reproduce: " (firefox-bin:2685): Gdk-WARNING **: XID collision, trouble ahead " in Ubuntu 10.10 and Firefox 3.6.16, Chrome 10.0..., etc. when viewing sites with flash content. I believe that this is causing some flash plugin crashes. After more than a year googling perhaps hundreds of webpages, I still couldn't find a solution.
